Call me or send me an e-mail with the date of your choice and the number of people you wish to entertain.
Let me know what you'd like to eat, preferences, or dietary needs.
Should you need a few ideas, you can have a look at my food or my menus.
We'll then discuss and finalize the menu.
I will do the shopping, buying the required ingredients or importing them from Italy if necessary.
On the chosen day, I'll come to your place to prepare the food, using
my tools and implements and I will leave your kitchen spotless.
The minimum cost for this service is $25 per person. The minimum charge
is $150 and includes consultancy, shopping, ingredients and cooking.
Any kitchen implements used to prepare the meal will be washed by me and your kitchen will be left spotless.
